Saeed Bodaghi was appointed as the CEO of Amin Investment Bank in March 2017. Mr. Bodaghi has more than ten years of broad based experience in corporate management. Prior to joining Amin, Mr. Bodaghi was a top advisor, deputy of financial and administrative affairs and board member for various investment companies. His diversified experiences in different fields of industries make him a top manager who has deep insight into the business environment of Iran. He has advised to the CEOs of Social Security Investment Company (SSIC) and Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines Company. Mr. Bodaghi has served on the Boards of several companies including Amin Investment Bank, Tamin Energy Development Company, SabaTamin Brokerage Company, Agricultural, Rural and Nomadic Insurance Fund and Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines Investment Company (IRSL) He has chaired the audit committee of Tamin Energy Development Company and was a member of audit committee in Esfahan Steel Company, Amin Investment Bank, Saba Tamin Brokerage Company and SabaNoor Mining and Industrial Development Company. He has also served on various committees in SSIC including the strategic planning and investment strategy committees. Mr. Bodaghi holds a BAc in management from Tehran University and a MAc in executive management from Industrial Management Institute. Mr. Bodaghi is currently a PhD student in Financial Engineering at Islamic Azad University
Deputy of market operation
Esmaeil Binaei is deputy of market operation at Amin. His has more than ten years of broad based experience across in the fields of investment, finance and due-diligence for projects and transactions as well as market making and sales. Prior to joining to Amin, Mr. Binaei held a number of senior management positions including Project Head and Coordinator at the Tehran Berkeley Group of Companies and SakhtAzhang Investment Company and was previously an Investment Manager at the Tehran Municipality. He holds a BSs in Geology Engineering from Islamic Azad University, an MSs in Geology Economics from Tehran Islamic Azad University and an MBA in Finance from the Industrial Management Institute. Mr. Binaei is also currently a DBA student at the Industrial Management Institute.
Director, Financial Engineering and International Affairs
Soudabeh Einali is in charge of Amin’s Financial Engineering advisory services as well as heading the Bank’s International Affairs department. Ms. Einali brings to the Bank and its clients over 10 years of capital markets experience and in-depth knowledge in the designing of financial instrument and mechanisms including options and futures, securities lending, margin trading, ETFs and specialized fund structures for the energy sector and real estate, among others. She works closely with clients and regulators, including the Securities Exchange Organisation (SEO), on the development of new instruments and regulations. Prior to joining Amin, Ms. Einali was a Senior Analyst and head of the “Launching Futures and Options Workgroup” at the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE). For her outstanding contributions, Ms. Einali was recognized with the “Best Employee Award” from the TSE in 2010 after having spearheaded the Exchange’s initiatives to launch single stock futures. Additionally, she received a first ranking in the SEO’s Futures Certificate Exam in 2009. Ms. Einali has published a number of books and articles on the Iranian capital markets and financial instruments and is a expert of the Money and Capital Market Commission of the Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture. She holds a BAc in Industrial Engineering and an MAc in Financial Engineering both from Amirkabir University (Tehran Polytechnic).
Director, Fairness Opinions
Nasibeh Shobeiri heads up Amin’s Fairness Opinion advisory team. She joined the Bank in 2008 and has more than 10 years of Iran capital markets experience. Ms. Shobeiri has been instrumental in the development of Amin’s valuation services and has led in the provision of fairness opinions for companies of varying size and across industries. This includes valuation services for a majority of Iranian IPOs since 2008. Prior to joining Amin, she was an Analyst at Pasargad Nik Investment Company and the Insurance Industry Investment Company, where she specialised in undertaking deep market, sector and company analysis on listed equities and the commodity markets. Ms. Shobeiri holds a BAc in Business Management from Tehran University and an MAc in Finance from Shahid Beheshti University. She is also a CFA Level III holder.
Ezat Sayadnia Tayebi
Director, Asset Management
Ezat Sayadnia Tayebi leads Amin’s Asset Management business and oversees the management of the Bank’s debt and equity funds for local and international investors. Mr. Tayebi has more than a decade of experience in portfolio management across Iran’s equity and debt markets and deep understanding of the micro and macroeconomic issues impacting Iranian companies and moving markets. Previously, Mr. Tayebi was an Executive Director at Karafarin Brokerage where he managed the firm’s Mutual and Index Funds, which were each the first of their kind to be listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. Under his management, he grew the assets under management of the Karafarin Brokerage Mutual Fund tenfold and also earned the highest returns among fixed-income funds at the time. Mr. Tayebi began his career as an equity trader and analyst and held key roles at Mofid Brokerage Company, one of Iran’s largest brokerage firms, and Parsian Bank Brokerage Company. He received a BAc from Shiraz University and an MAc from Isfahan University both in Economics. Mr. Tayebi is currently a PhD student in Economics at Allameh Tabatabai University.
